Health Benefits

Soothes Menstrual Discomfort

Menstrual pain can be as stressful as it is uncomfortable. It’s hard to relax with nagging aches and cramping. When consumed regularly, soothing chamomile has been found to reduce menstrual cramping, anxiety, and premenstrual stress over time.

Peppermint is also a natural muscle relaxant. Studies have found that peppermint extract is as effective as NSAID pain relievers in reducing pain duration and intensity. Peppermint tea, which contains many of the same compounds, can have the same properties. A cup of warm peppermint tea can be a soothing, natural part of your period pain relief routine.

Promotes Healthy Digestion

Lemongrass tea has long been used as a remedy for upset stomachs and other digestive problems. Research even indicates lemongrass may even help prevent gastric ulcers by protecting the stomach lining.

Antioxidant-Rich

Lemongrass contains a potent blend of antioxidants, including chlorogenic acid, swertiajaponin, and isoorientin. A diet rich in antioxidants protects the body and helps your coronary arteries function properly.

Rosehip tea is also rich in polyphenols, carotenoids, and vitamins C and E – all powerful antioxidants that prevent oxidative stress.

Supports the Immune System

Rosehips have a higher concentration of vitamin C than almost any other fruit or vegetable. This high vitamin C content is crucial for protecting the body against infection, amplifying lymphocyte (white blood cell) function, and maintaining your skin’s natural protective barrier.

May Help Lower Blood Pressure

High blood pressure puts extra strain on the heart and has been associated with an increased risk of developing heart disease. Several studies have linked hibiscus tea to reduced blood pressure, indicating that it may help lower both systolic and diastolic blood pressure.
