A Burst of Soothing Sunshine

A hot cup of chamomile tea is a popular remedy for insomnia and restlessness. It’s an excellent relaxation and soothing aid. Our chamomile flowers also have a characteristic buttery, sweet flavor profile that will make it a pleasure to sip any time of day – whether you’re drifting off to sleep or just getting started.

Our chamomile flowers undergo minimal processing. This retains their natural size, form, and characteristic warm color so you can enjoy their beauty as well as their flavor. It also produces the best possible drink for you to enjoy.

Ingredients

We believe that sometimes, the best tasting experience is also the simplest. Our organic chamomile flower tea contains no added ingredients. That means when you sit down to enjoy a cup, you’ll be able to enjoy all the complexities and nuances of its pure, unadulterated preparation.

This also means it’s excellent for combining with other teas to customize the flavor and make it all your own. Add it to an existing tea blend for a twist on a classic. Or combine it with other herbs to create an uplifting experience all your own.

Health Benefits

Soothes Menstrual Pain

When consumed regularly (perhaps as part of a nighttime ritual), soothing chamomile has been found to reduce menstrual cramping, anxiety, and premenstrual stress over time.

Regulates Blood Sugar

In studies with diabetes patients, chamomile tea has been found to lower blood sugar. While it’s not a substitute for traditional diabetes medication and management practices, a cup of chamomile tea can be a helpful support to other traditional measures.

Reduces Inflammation

Chamomile contains chemical compounds that are thought to help reduce inflammation (the body’s natural immune response that helps fight infections). Some inflammation is helpful and even necessary to heal from acute injuries. But excess inflammation over long periods of time can lead to a variety of health issues including gastrointestinal distress, hemorrhoids, arthritis, autoimmune disorders, and depression.

Supports Bone Density

One study connected chamomile tea to better bone density in test subjects. This may be because of its anti-estrogenic effects, as estrogen is thought to be the main cause of loss of bone density. While these findings are in need of more support, a cup of chamomile tea certainly can’t hurt those looking to reduce their risk of developing osteoporosis.
